After the initial consultation, the next step is an on-site visit to your chosen site to determine the ideal placement for your property. After completing the initial consultation and on-site visit, the next step is applying for financing through our preferred IronCrest lending team. Once financing is approved, we’ll schedule a meeting to finalize your construction agreement. During this meeting, we’ll review every detail of your tailored plan, including site positioning, exterior architectural elements, and the comprehensive build timeline. Construction Management
With financing secured and the construction contract finalized, it’s time to build your dream home with Brije Homes.
